How do I set up the Junior Kids Smartwatch?

To set up the Junior Kids Smartwatch, download the Lagenio app (as specified in the manual), register an account, and bind the watch by scanning the QR code. Insert the activated Nano SIM card to enable full functionality.
How do I register and login to Lagenio app?

After installing, open the app, tap "Register," and enter your email address and a password. During registration, select the “Asia-Pacific Region” to ensure proper connectivity and service. A verification code will be sent to your email, which you need to enter to confirm registration. Once registered, log in using your email and password, and proceed to bind the watch by scanning the QR code or manually entering the bind code provided with the watch
I am unable to bind/connect the watch with app, what can be the issue?

• SIM has to be at least 4G enabled to ensure connectivity, this model doesn't support 5G SIM
• After inserting the correct SIM, please check if network is available by swiping down on the watch screen and trying voice calls from the watch.
• If network is confirmed to be available, Go to Bind option in watch and check if bind code is reflecting below Bind QR Code
• Open Lagenio app and check if the account registration was done by selecting “Asia Pacific Region” in the app to start bind process (if any other region is selected then watch will not bind with the app)

• The watch comes with a 680mAh battery, but actual battery life will depend on usage, such as the frequency of video calling, GPS tracking, voice calling. In case of frequent video calling, battery will drain faster. So its advisable to keep video calling for limited usage especially fr
