How do I make my payments at Pebblecart?

You have multiple payment options:

- All credit and debit cards

-UPI/QR codes

- All wallets, such as PayTM, Amazon, Airtel, PhonePe, Freecharge, Mobikwik & Jio.

- Net-banking via all leading banks

- Pay later services such as Lazypay and Simpl, ICICI Bank Pay Later

- Credit Card EMI options 

Are there any hidden charges when I make a payment?

No, there are no hidden charges from us. All the prices listed are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all prepaid charges and cxharge Rs.50 per order in case of COD orders.

Is Cash on delivery available?

Yes, there is cash-on delivery options for which there is Rs.50 charged per order.

Returns and Replacements

How to place a return request?

You can raise a request by contacting us at support@pebblecart.com or call us at +91-8800271651.

You have to raise a return/replacement request within 72 hours of receiving the product. Check the Refund and Replacement Policy for further details on terms and conditions related to Returns.

What if the item is damaged? How do I contact?

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Pebblecart Customer Service immediately. You need to report within 24 hours from the time you received the package. You can reach out to us with your order ID and images of the product. The Pebble cart will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at Pebble cart, mentioning your order ID. Pebblecart will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product is dispatched by contacting our Customer service with a valid reason for cancellation within 24 hours.

If the item has been dispatched, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.

Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

How many days does it take to return a product and receive a new one under warranty claims?

We assure you that the entire process of picking the product and performing the quality check will happen in an average of 12 -15 working days. Pebble will not be responsible if there is a delay in this process due to the unavailability of any spare parts or delays in logistics.

What is required to place a warranty claim?

While contacting us, please provide the original Proof of purchase which has the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, and the GST number along with pictures/Videos of the defective product.

My product has not been picked up for replacement yet?

You can mail your query to  support@pebblecart.com or call us at +91-8800271651 for all warranty and service-related issues.

Shipping

How to track your order?

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order.

This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

I want to change my delivery address?

The delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

However, if contacted within 24 hours, we can help with slight address changes but not the Pincode level address change. We request you cancel and place a new order instead.
