Instead of cluttering you with complex, raw charts, the Pebble app simplifies your daily health into three core scores:
1) Sleep Score: Measures sleep efficiency, sleep stages (Light, Deep, REM), and nightly vital signals to judge your rest quality.
2) Readiness Score: Calculates your body’s physical recovery and energy capacity for the day using HRV and resting heart rate.
3) Activity Score: Tracks daily movement, energy expenditure, calories burnt, and workout intensity in real time.

The Pebble App analyzes your heart rate, HRV (Heart Rate Variability), blood oxygen levels (SpO2), and breathing rates. It then translates this data into plain-English, actionable daily advice—explaining why your metrics shifted and what you can do to optimize your day.

1) Body Age: Compares your biological/physiological trends against your actual age to give you a clear measure of your metabolic health.
2) Energy: Gives you real-time feedback on how much physical "gas in the tank" you have left throughout the day.

Pebble Qore Ultra utilizes In-App GPS (Connected GPS). When connected to your smartphone during outdoor workouts (like running or cycling), it draws your exact route on a map, tracks your split pace, distance, and real-time heart rate zones.

Qore Ultra supports 100+ Sports Modes (including Running, Padel, Cycling, Swimming, Yoga, Badminton, Cricket, Boxing, and Strength training). It also features Auto-Sport Detection for activities like running, so tracking begins seamlessly as soon as you start moving.

VO2 Max measures your aerobic fitness and cellular endurance capacity. Qore Ultra calculates your VO2 Max during running sessions, showing your overall cardiovascular progress and endurance over time.

Pebble Qore Ultra delivers up to 15 days of battery life on a single full charge under normal usage. Battery life may vary depending on feature usage, frequency of continuous health tracking, and active sports tracking.

You need to download the official Pebble Qore app. It is available for free on both platform app stores:
1) Android: Download Pebble Qore from Google Play Store.
2) iOS / iPhone: Download Pebble Qore from the Apple App Store.

To power on and pair your Qore Ultra for the first time:
1) Plug in to Power: Connect the magnetic charging cable to a USB power source and attach it to the charging pins on the back of the band.
2) Initial Activation: The band requires charging power to exit shipping mode and wake up for the first time. It must remain on charge during the initial app setup.
3) Pair with App: Open the Pebble App on your smartphone with Bluetooth enabled, tap Add Device, and select your Qore Ultra to complete pairing.
